Our Proposals for Streatham Vale

Thanks for visiting our consultation website. This is the second round of public consultation for the redevelopment of the Homebase store at 100 Woodgate Drive, Streatham Vale - which you may know as the current Homebase and car park.

Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Group have formed a partnership which will deliver a new residential-led development for Lambeth and reinvigorate Streatham Vale. Our proposals include 275 new homes for Lambeth, of which 35% will be affordable.

Our plans also feature a new retail offering, a strong focus on sustainability and new green spaces, a cycle store and a range of sustainable transport solutions.
